- 2 / 5By Casey HarmsI and my group waited over 1 hour for our food after ordering, despite there being only a couple other customers in the store and two cooks. At approximately the 45 min mark we inquired about the status and were told our orders had not been started yet but would be made next. We asked for something small on the house to help with the wait (e.g. small dessert) and were refused. I asked for a discount on my meal and was refused. Food itself was mediocre. I felt that the staff were pleasant but missed opportunities to provide adequate service and customer satisfaction. The experience was frustrating.September 24, 2016
